I view it is a collaborative process, in which we can work together to discover what would help to increase your overall experience of wellness. I want to support you in identifying and strengthening your inner resources because I believe you hold the capacity to grow and heal. Life is a journey and not a destination, and on this journey we are in constant discovery of who we are, what we need, what we desire and what we deserve.
